What is PEAK?

The Professional and Executive Association of Kalamazoo (PEAK) is a 501(c)(7) nonprofit created for women who lead with heart, purpose, and integrity. Whether you’re running a business, managing a team, leading a nonprofit, serving in government, or making an impact in your industry, PEAK is here to support you.

Members gather on the first Wednesday of each month for a luncheon featuring networking, connection, and a guest speaker. Speakers include community leaders, entrepreneurs, and subject-matter experts—sharing insights on everything from community impact to leadership, wellness, and more. Lunch and drinks are provided, and guests are welcome!
